Grilled Lobster


  • 2ea Lobsters 1.5 lb ea Or Two Lobster Tails Cut in Half
  • Olive Oil to Drizzle

  • 2ea Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped Parsley
  • 2 tbsp. Sliced Chive
  • 1ea Orange Zested
  • tt Salt and Pepper
  • 1ea Lemon Cut in Half


Marinate the Lobster tail flesh with the olive oil, garlic, zest, herbs, salt and pepper. Grill on high heat shell side down 3-4 Minutes or until the meat pulls away from the shell. Flip over to finish and char on the flesh side. 1-2 min, plate and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and grilled lemon.
