Lobster Tacos

Lobster Tacos


  • 1ea Lobster Cooked, Shelled and Diced
  • 4ea Grilled Corn Tortillas
  • 1 quartered Lime, for Garnish


  • 1 cup Diced Mango or Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Diced Shallots
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/2 - 1ea Chopped Grilled Jalapeno or Serrano
  • 1ea Lime Zested and Juiced
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Basil
  • tt Toasted Coriander Ground
  • tt Salt and Pepper


Mix all of the ingredients well and set aside until you’re ready to build your sandwich. Toast your sourdough bread. Spread the mayo on both slices of bread and build the sandwich from the bottom, Bread, lobster, lettuce, avocado, tomato, Bacon, Bread. Slice in half and enjoy!
